Today I thought I would share some artwork with you that I completed for the Bologna Book Fair for Templar Publishing UK. I very much enjoyed adding all the little domestic details, such as the washing lines with bloomers and socks hanging on them, the pots and pans. Getting lots of detail in also works well, such as the butterflies, rabbits and plants. Unfortunately this project did not go ahead, as the production of this spectacular pop-up book would have cost any potential client too much at the time. However the idea has not been shelved by Templar by any means and it is hoped to be published at some future date, and so watch this space!
